- Try Software before Purchase – It is highly recommended to try the software before purchasing it right away. Each and every software is introduced with a trial edition for free evaluation and analysis of its steps and functions.
- Refunds – If you find any different between demo and full version and the software failed to perform as expected, then you drop a refund request.

In case you encounter change, then send your file to support@macarmy.com. And not to worry, all your files will remain safe with us and we will dispose them off after resolving the issue. If our support team unable to fix the error, then we will refund your money (excluding handling charges, taxes, and shipping) within 30 days of a purchase.
REFUND RULES
If you have purchase the software directly from our website or by the authorized seller, then you can ask for the refund request within 30 days if –
- You have directly purchased the software from us or authorized seller.
- You reached out our support team if you unable to understand anything in our software promotion.
- The software is working but displaying some issues.
If the software does not work as promised after the purchase, then reach our support team. We will work hard in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
WHERE WE UNABLE TO HELP!
We do not take responsibility for –
- Delay in downloading and communication.
- Incorrect email details.
- Emails are marked as spam.
- Unexpected recklessness or delays.
- Change in system requirements.
- Unintentional software purchases.
- Problems occurring after software purchase.
- System incompatibility.
- Software is being in use on machines that doesn’t meet the requirements.
- Issues in email server bouncing activation emails or download.
NO REFUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
We will not refund if –
- You did not try the demo version.
- Software lacking the ability to do a particular task and no other software available that can fulfil this requirement.
- Unable to upload a file or software malfunction.
- Software working at least 30%.
